The vindictive action of Management of DNW Bangalore is condemned...

Thanks to Com G L Jogi our beloved GS for his timely intervention in reversing the vindictive transfer order issued to 7 honest and sincere executives of DNW. CS SNEA(I) Karnataka had earlier interacted with the GM NOC and strongly protested the high handed action of the management. When GM NOC Shri Narashimhan pointed that he needs the approval of the CGM Newdelhi for the reversal of the said transfer order, we had to take up the issue with CHQ. Com GS had taken up the issue strongly and finally we were able to get justice.

Already CHQ had taken up the issue of this top management NEXUS with the vendors in penalty reduction and un warranted purchase of equipments. We will continue to expose these acts and not allow harrashment on our young honest JTOs who are fighting for the just cause and in best interest of our company.

Comrades, the Circle Organisation has decided to appeal for CHQ building fund at the rate of Rs.500-00 per member as per the decesion taken at Bhopal CWC. Since CHQ has to pay advance for agreement, it has become very urgent to immediately collect the money and pay it to CHQ. We all know that CHQ has already helped and paid Rs.4,00,000-00 interest free loan for our circle building fund. We also know that Maharastra Circle has paid 11 lakh rupees and Tamilnadu Circle officer bearers have paid 1.34 Lakh rupees. Circle Secretary of Karnataka Com S B Nagavi has been the first member to pay Rs.10,008-00 in Bhoppal CWC itself on the day of the decesion to purchase new CHQ building. Com D D Shanwad CWC member also paid Rs.5,000-00 at Bhopal.

We very well know that you all have already, liberally contribuited to the Circle Building Fund. You all know the financial position of the circle and circle organisation is thankfull to all the SSAs who have already paid all the dues, circle building fund, conference donation barring one or two SSAs.

Now we have to rise to the occasion and make serious efforts to immediately collect the building fund in the salary of April and remit it to the circle account before 5th May 2011. We have target of collecting Rs.11,000,00-00 and remit it to CHQ.

We appeal to all DS/COB to immediately act on this important issue to build our beautiful home at DELHI also; having already done it at Bangalore. I also appeal to all COB/DSs to send their individual donations with minimum amount of Rs.10,000-00 each per each COB/DS as first step.
