CGMT Karnataka Circle Shri P Raghavan, called the leaders of United Forum and discussed the points of the on going agitation programme of UF on 30-05-2011 at 1530 hours.
The meeting was attended by Circle Secretary Com S B Nagavi, ACS Com Hiremugadur, Circle Treasurer Com Sureshkumar DS BGTD Com Jayaprakash Javali. From AIBSNLEA side Circle Secretary Com H Y Andeli, Finance Secretary Com Idli attended the meeting.
After detailed discussion with CGMT, the UF decided to CALL OFF the strike with the written assurance from the circle management on the agreed points. All the District Secretaries of SNEA Karnataka have reponded to the stike call of UNITED FORUM and sent telegrams/savingrams by FAX to CGM KTK and Dir HRD ND. The UF and circle organisation congratulates all the District Branches.
We further appeal to observe 26th May 2011 to 28th May 2011 as protest days by wearing BLACK BADGE and inform the same to your SSA heads to communicate it to CGMT Karnataka. As the circle administration has not responded so far we will have to intensify our organisation actions.

Comrades,
From today onwards we are in the task of delighting the customers of BSNL by fully engaging ourselves in the maintanance, development, marketing works. SNEA(I) circle organisation had fully involved in the employees awareness week at Bangalore. CS had addressed the meetings at Koramangalar, Jayanagar, City Exchange, Indiranagar and all the JAC meetings at Circle Office. The response at Bangalore is very much encouraging. Comrades of Bangalore Telecom District, Mysore, Belgaum and Davangere have communicated their action plans. We have to receive informations from other SSAs also. We request all the Districts to go ahead with full strength on this JAC programme and make remarkable, historical change in the month of May 2011. CGM Karnataka has extended his full support for programme. Any action needed by circle JAC you may be communicated to us.
CHQ BUILDING FUND:....
Com K L Shivanna, DE Chickmaglur, President SNEA(I) Chickmaglur has announced Rs.50,000-00 towards CHQ building fund.
Com K L Shivanna was the first SDE in Chickmgalur to declare his membership to TEOA(I) when we have made provision of membership for SDEs in our organisation. Many SDEs have joined TEOA/SNEA there after. Com Shivanna is the most committed member of his organisation and we are proud to say that he is also most disciplined, efficient officer worked in different fields in Chickmaglur SSA including in Kudremukh and has earned a very good name and recognation from the public and managment.
SNEA Karnataka places on record the thanks and gratitude for his liberal contribution in building our home at DELHI.
